  • The crag name (and link if possible) you’re asking about
  • Your device + OS (iPhone 15 / iOS 18, etc.) if it’s a mobile issue
  • A screenshot if something looks wrong

Quick fixes

I can’t find my crag

Our directory is sourced from OpenBeta. If a crag is missing, add it on OpenBeta and we’ll pull it into CragReport within a few days. If it’s already on OpenBeta but missing here, email us and we’ll investigate.

The scores look wrong for a crag I know well

Try adjusting wall aspect, tilt, and exposure in the crag’s settings panel — these have a big effect on the forecast. If they’re already correct and the scores still feel off, send us a condition report at the time of climbing so we can compare model output to ground truth.

I’m not getting condition alerts

  • Check your notification permissions in iOS / Android settings.
  • In the app, open Settings → Notifications and confirm Push Notifications is enabled and the quality floor is set appropriately (alerts only fire when forecast conditions meet or exceed your floor).
  • Alerts can be snoozed individually. Open Settings → Alerts and check that the alert you expect is active.

I want to change or delete my account

You can update your username from the profile page on web or from in-app Settings on mobile. Account deletion (which removes all favorites, alerts, reports, photos, push tokens, and preferences) is in the Settings screen on mobile or the Danger Zone of the web profile page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
